Born in Johnson City, Tony Seaton established his practice in 1984. He has spent the last three decades advocating for clients who have suffered a personal injury or need assistance with workers’ compensation claims or Social Security Disability. Thanks to his aggressive representation, Tony has grown his law firm into one of the premier practices in Eastern Tennessee.
After receiving an undergraduate from Eastern Tennessee State University, Tony earned his law degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. During his tenure at ETSU, Tony was a student member of the Tennessee Board of Regents and served as an intern to the Tennessee General Assembly.

Robert received his undergraduate degree from Maryville College and went on to earn his law degree from Appalachian School of Law, spending his first year working for the District Attorney General in Anderson County, Tennessee.

At a young age he began working in construction and eventually worked at a meat-packing plant to pay his way through college, which instilled in him the discipline and understanding that success comes through hardship. Donald brings that attitude to his practice and believes in working hard to advocate for his clients.
Donald was awarded a scholarship to attend Charlotte School of Law after receiving his undergraduate degree from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. While attending Charlotte School of Law, Donald began working as a Law Clerk for the Law Offices of Tony Seaton, PLLC. Now, after passing the bar exam, he continues his work there as an Attorney.
